DO NOT GET ANY MORTGAGE INFORMATION FROM KATIE KETT we applied for a mortgage in November for 3.50apr, did the whole processed, opened a savings account getting ready for the appraisal and KATIE KETT emails me telling me the that mortgage interest rates had gone up to 4.50apr. We already had a 4.50apr that is why we wanted to refinance KATIE KETT DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING. EMAILED KATIE KETT REGARDING THE SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND SHE EMAILED ME BACK STATING THAT THEIR WOULD BE NOT FEES, BUT THEN TOOK OUT $133.00 OUT FOR FEES. I WILL CALLED CORPORTED AND FILED A COMPLAINT, BUT DO NOT EXCEPT ANY RESPONSE.. SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF DEALING WITH VIBE CREDIT UNION MORTGAGE AND KATIE KETT

First off they charge you $10 for accidentally over drawing your credit account even if you have money in your savings. Second of all they freeze your online account constantly even after calling and talking to someone who "un freezes" it. Third they canceled my card without even calling me and the atm ate the card. Very bad customer service they could have at least called me first. They have my current number and everything. Their fees are Rediculous! I am withdrawing all my money tomorrow and closing my account because even after being a loyal customer for 3 years they are still screwing me over. Awful awful bank. I plead you listen to my warning and find somewhere else for banking services.
The new online banking site is horrible. The service at the 15 mile branch is slow at times. The keep 2 tellers there and the rest are empty, even when the line is long.I would not recommend this credit union to people i know.....If i could send this with no rating, I would
