        To date my worst experience doing business with a person.
        If you are a trusting verbal agreement type, this warning is for you. Get everything you can think of in writing with this guy, if he will. If he won’t, then walk away. If there’s a misunderstanding, he will insult your integrity.
        He has no liability nor Work Comp insurance and puts you at risk doing dangerous work on your property.
