Overall

I am giving this business one star based on the fact that I have to rate it to leave my review. This place deserves a big thumbs down based on the fact that there employes are heartless and cruel. My daughter went to get her hair cut today and she was humiliated in front off all the people in the store. The lady who cut her hair was making a face of disgust in the mirror were my child could see and announced out load that she had lice. She said it so load that her big could hear it from the waiting area and then she continued to point out something she believed was lice for the whole store to see. So her big called me and I quickly took her to her doctor. It was not lice just a light case of dandruff . I understand them not cutting her hair but what happened to being discreet and thanking of others feelings. I called for an apologize for my child and was told none were needed. In other words your employee thought she handled the situation just fine witch is a joke. It was so bad my child was crying so congratulations on that and for bringing down her self esteem . And just to let you know I have a family of eight and we use pro-cuts quite regular at least all eight of us go ounce a month . So needless to say you have lost our business. And pro-cuts should encourage there employees to use there hearts and learn how to respect others.
