Mi Familia Restaurant

My wife went with her mother and other residents of Good Tree for a monthly outing during lunch. The experience was terrible from the outset. They wanted to put the residents in a crowded corner. Asked to change to sit less crowded. Battle ensued by made the change finally.
There was an issue with what was ordered and what was received. Waiter was rude about it with the program director. Waiter also accused one of the residents of not paying. Apparently, la Familia in Stephenville does not appreciate all business customers, maybe only those who are elderly with dementia issues and walkers. The waiter and manager were not very welcoming and to a point, rude with the program director at times. Sad.

We had gotten chips and salsa and they were nearly gone after we ask who our waitress was before she showed up. She wasn't attentive the rice wasn't at all tasty it was dry. Other then the rice food was good. We received our check before half way done.

I am so glad they put a Mi Familia Restaurant I Stephenville. I first ate at a Mi Familia in Brownwood and really liked it, but I think ours is even better. They have the best food, great service, and a colorful cozy atmosphere! You can tell when a Restaurant has a good Manager, cause the service AND the food will be great!
