Carl Fain installed the septic system for our 3-story house with 5 baths on a ranch north of town in Erath County. He did the job quickly and expertly and his follow through is excellent. I called him 4 years later to ask a question and he remembered my system and was able to answer it for me. I like people like this who aren't just in it for the fast buck but who have an eye for customer service and an ear to the ground for the needs of people they serve. I rate them A+
