        Rude. incompetent, Will do everything but call you a liar if you have a complaint they disagree with. They do not listen, after all they are always right so why listen to what the customer has to say. Can anyone tell me how to print a document off a computer without a printer ?
        Oliver Shane sure as hell can't but they will tell you over and over again what is in your e-mail box and they know for a fact what you received.
        If you prefer to get your insurance 2 days before it expires. If you like having to go to the bank to get that policy before it expires in 2 days because of incompetence. If you enjoy being abused
