While in Steamboat Springs, Ipurchased some :lounge pants" as a gift. I found that they ran a bit small, so called the store and "Virginia" helped me out. Found the size I needed and agreed to ship them a/s/a/p. I found them to be as helpful over the phone as they were in the store. What a pleasure to shop at a "small town" establishment who still cares about customer service. Will definitely return there in the future. Thanks Steamboat Apparel!!!!
