This is directed towards the U-Haul service I experience in August of 2018. I call to request a pickup from this location at 7am. The lady on the phone said no problem. I even called the location and they said that 7am would be fine. The morning of my move I'm there at 6:45am, the app then tells me the pickup time is at like 9am! I then spend nearly an hour on the phone getting thing arranged, meanwhile my help is getting paid to sit roll their thumbs. When I originally spoke on the phone to set up the appointment, they said I could drop the truck off at Spring Hill road. On the app, that was not an option. I called again and was told that no, Spring Hill rd was not a drop off point. I then had to drive the across town to drop of the truck. In total, I had about three hours on the hold or in conversation with people from U-Haul! The place I moved into is located on Spring Hill road. What did I notice, the very trucks that I had rented was now being dropped off at the Spring Hill location. Somebody lied to me! They do not have their act together. I was reimbursed about $30 for my "trouble" after I called again! There's the thing, that does not cover the three hours I had to waste because they did not have their act together. So after asking again and not receiving a response on why I shouldn't also be reimbursed on the labor I had to pay for and poor management, I decided to let the public know to stay far away from this disorganized company that doesn't care if they waste their customers time!It is also interesting to note that U-Haul's website will not let me post a review!
