Took my 2012 Suburban in for new brake pads on July 28. They said it would be $300 which I unfortunately assumed was competitive. Two days later I get the vehicle back and a bill for $400 (The $300 was just for brakes, not labor). All I needed was brake pads (I know this because I was at another dealership out of town getting an oil change and they told me.) I called around to some other brake dealers and was routinely quoted between $150 (Eavers in Fishersville) and $250 for parts and labor. Should I have done my homework beforehand on pricing between businesses? Yes. Do I want to deal with someone that will totally screw me on price if I don't? Absolutely not. I will never step foot on their property again. Logan at the service desk was totally apathetic. Never again on my dime.
