YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

I will never go back. I took my shi tzu puppy twice . I was not impressed the first time with the cleanliness and overall customer service, but they did a serviceable job with my new pup and wanted to give them one more chance . First, they seem put out by your presence even though you have an appointment. I brought my dog in at 8am and they were very put out that I needed him done by noon because I needed to get to work. He weighs 7 pounds. They complained about him when I picked him up. I went back the next morning because his ear was strange and bothering him and was treated abominably very unhelpful and dismissive. I look forward to trying the puppy spa as I've heard good things and telling everyone I know with dogs about my experience at this establishment. My dog loves the vet and is so very friendly and loving and was scared and unhappy there. I should have trusted his instincts. I wish there was a zero star
I have been taking my dog Bandit there for at least 4 years and I have never had any problems. I love the way they cut Bandit and he loves going there. I have been in there sometimes and not gotten a smile but come on everyone has a bad day sometime. These people do a great job.
There is no such thing as customer service at this Pet Parlor. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The woman that is in charge acts as though she is miserable doing her job and you should be grateful that she would consider helping you at all. I have never received a smile, greeting or thank you for your business. The experience is more like frown, "Fine, I'm so busy but I'll keep the nail trimming appointment (which takes 10 minutes) you made over a week ago.", and then you pay her and she ignores you as you leave. She's not even nice to my dog, who's a sweet old golden retriever and doesn't bark and barely moves when she's getting her nails trimmed. I gave her 3 shots, because everyone has a bad day. Never again, I refuse to pay good money to someone who acts like helping a customer is the ultimate inconvenience.
Rude, rude, rude. It's clear that some people work with animals because they can't interact with humans. Drop-in nail trims are offered, so they say. I 'dropped in' only to be made feel like I was a bother and was asked if I called first. Drop in means exactly that.
They do a good job. But they are lacking in customer service. If you call in the morning and they're busy they make it clear that they don't want to bother talking to you. I have asked to schedule in advance 2+ weeks telling them I'm very flexible with the time and day (for nail clipping which is usually very fast there), and they say that I'll have to call the morning of to see if they can fit my dogs in. Then I have called many times with no answer and left detailed messages with my phone number to receive a call back, I have NEVER been called back. It seems that they feel they have enough business and they don't need to bother with decent customer service. I have been very disappointed, but I can't give my business to people that are so obviously rude.
