SERIOUS HEALTH RISK! DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in...the bathroom door wouldn't shut, the tub was filthy, stains all over the walls. we had 1 Styrofoam coffee cup. Ohhh the beds, the beds! upon leaving the next morning, I always strip the beds to make sure I have left nothing in the covers, well when I pulled the sheets and covers off, i was appalled! the mattresses were stained ALL OVER, with who knows what....I was physically ill knowing I had slept on that mess...I took pictures. I was informed there would be no refund. so I am sending the pictures to the health department of that county... .i will briefly cover the fact that there was also no wifi, no wash cloths, only 2 towels and only one room key, which we were charged $1 for.

When we got into our room there was no TV so I called the front desk (with my own cell phone since the room phone didnt work) and the lady just said sorry and when we asked about wifi they rudely told us no but we continued to stay in room since we were leaving early the next morning but a few days after I got home and checked card I noticed that they overcharged my card. I called the motel for them to say that they charged an additional 50.00 to my card because we stole the TV (instead of calling the police) long story short I called the local police department and the courthouse I AM taking them to court Im just wondering how many other customers they have pulled this scheme on that have not been recognized or people just dont think 50.00 is worth it I would love to hear input from anyone else that this has happened to Room 112.
Coffee maker ? Nope. Website says yes. Refrigerator? Nope. Website says yes. Microwave? Nope. Website says yes. Printer that exists? Yes. Can you use it? Yes. But the correct answer in this hotel is "no way", just ask the man at the front desk.
But seriously, this hotel is awful and they offer just about nothing. The wifi is about as fast as a 56k modem. I called and asked for batteries from the front desk for the TV remote and was told someone would bring them and they never showed up. I called and told them the "BROOKWOODINN-1" Wifi is not working and it's been 3 days now.....still not fixed. No microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator, no toilet paper (seriously there was no toilet paper in the bathroom when I got there), the man at the front desk is possibly the rudest person I've ever met....I could go on more but I think you get the gist. 1/5 for sure and never going to this place again. Oh and the price is not worth it.
