Yes there have been customer's that have been un happy but that is in any business. When dealing with used appliances there are going ti be problems. But we are here to take care of our customers. Like the lady with the frig. She didnt mention that on saturday it was late afternoon and sundays is our only day off. We took care of the problem as soon as we could. We have had problems with people not wanting to work and i know its no excuse but hopefully now we have a good worker and we can iron out the detail.

I went and found me a frig and they where very nice to me. Got it home and it work for one day. I called Saturday and Jennifer said she would bring me a new frig until the a man can come fix it. And she would call when her dad Jack, came with the truck. She never called. Sunday I was calling again. No answer. Monday Jennifer said the man Steve was on his way to fix it at 10am. 3pm came and I'm still sitting. So I call Jennifer and told her I wonted my money back. And she said Steve was on his way. An hour later he shows up. I told him that I told Jennifer I wonted my money back so there's no need to look it. So he left and they said no u can't have a refund and they said I refused to let him in the house. So I talked to Jack the father yesterday and he brought me a different frig until mine can get fixed. And he said Steve would be here this morning. Well it's 2pm and I'm still waiting. So text Jennifer and she said he was out finishing up a job from yesterday and he would be at the shop at 1pm and then on his way to my house. At 2pm I called Jack and he said well things happened and we couldn't get there. And he said you know how it goes you work at the hospital. I said yea but when things happen we go talk to the people and let then know what's going on. We just don't leave them hanging. And he just kept on blaaasblaaaaa blaaaa so I hung up on him. Then Steve called me and said he wish they wouldn't tell people when he was coming cuz the dont know his schedule. So he can't come today. These people are only out to make money. They don't care about the people or their business. All I can say is the good Lord is watching you. And I know that he will take care of me and you. Do to others as you would have done to you!!!
We just bought an oven from B&J and we brought it home to find out it didn't even work!! They told us that the oven was BRAND NEW but they lied and it had been used many of times and the wires were hooked up! There was no sign or they NEVER told us there was no refunds... So now they won't take back their money and they are being very rude about it! I would not suggest to go there.
I called B & J today about an electrical issue I was having with my air compressor. The lady I spoke with said they do not service the type of component I was having trouble with but offered to pass me to her dad who is an electrician to see if he could help before I spent $150 on rebuilding the motor/components, shipping, and the time it would take to rebuild it . Jack spent 10 minutes on the phone with me trouble shooting my issue. Turns out it was 2 faulty receptacles. B & J didn't charge me a dime and were friendly the entire time. Anyone can certainly see they could have taken advantage of me.... Just like the technician from the manufacturer was going to do! Thank you guys for helping me out! I will highly recommend.
I would not suggest using this company. They have made 2 attempts to fix my refrigerator and were unsuccessful. Not really feasible working full time! Can't get a call back now. I have been without a refrigerator since 10/21/14. Today is 11/14/14, and still no end in sight. They can't seem to get it fixed and dont know why. A simple phone call would be nice at this point.
Be very careful when dealing with this business. When I purchased a used fridge (which later found out to leak and not work properly, among other things), I was never told there is a no refund policy and there was nothing posted in the business. I was treated very poorly and got stuck with a fridge I had to donate because I could never take advantage of someone else the way that I was with this business. The owner will only do things the way he wants and completely disregards the customer's requests. My ordeal was a complete nightmare. BBB has a report already on file. Be careful.
