Luxury Nails

Very nice experience multiple times! Nice environment, friendly service and nice outcome. I was able to relax while having a fabulous & budget friendly pedicure. :) They even accomodated our large group of 5. I will be back!

I've been here a few times and after this weekend will never return again! I went for a nail repair and fill-in and after being told which station to sit at I walked over to find the nail tech sitting there eating pizza. She closed her box and left all the crumbs and bits of food on the table while she worked on my nails and did not wash her hands before starting. Getting the fill-in was not pleasant and nearly painful seeing that she never lifted her foot off the pedal and used the drills on full speed. Once she finished my nails she told me to go and sit at the dryer, leaving me to pick up my belongings with wet nails and opened her pizza box and continued eating. Even if the salon was busy which is was no, there is no excuse for this behavior and treatment to customers. All around terrible experience, the nail tech was rude and had absolutely no customer service, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Very poor service. My nails were lifting 2 days after. Very sore nails. I do not recommend this salon at all! Not sanitary.

I went there for a fill & pedi. I was rushed through like cattle! They were sanding my nails while I sat in the pedi chair! Really?? Where is the sit and relax and enjoy part?? Plus a nail broke 3 days later so I went in for a repair and was charged! I said what?, you should bill him and pointed to the guy who did my fill. I was told "if you would of had him fix it then it would be free" Gee would of been nice to know and I would of waited for him. There's too many places in town to be treated like that. I won't go there again!
