I have had telephone and internet service with Bulloch Telephone Cooperative since 2008 and have never had an issue. My internet went down in the middle of the day on a Saturday and it was promptly repaired within 3 hours. Customer service was excellent and the repairman was very knowledgeable and professional.
With this company i pay basic cable $20.00Telephone connection that i dont use $30.00High speed Internet $ 50.85 All per monthThe catch here is with the telephone . You cant have the internet without the phone . I would venture to say that not many homes do anymore today ,so WHY are we forced to have pay for something that we dont use? Are people who live in the county being taken advantage of? Why would Bulloch telephone members allow this to go on ? Im all for pro business ,but a monopoly is overboard. And when you ask them about it they say Well !! its in the by-laws.

These people must think they are the only gig in town. They are rude on the phone and useless in the office. No one person knows much about anything and has to get someone else to finish anything. Once we were set up we realized much of what they told wasn't (Free Install, Connection Speeds etc). After they installed the TV service only 1 of 3 of my TVs have a viewable signal, they rest are almost completely static. Internet comes and goes, mostly goes. Called them more than 3 times over 1.5 month period and they said Technical support would come or call or both. Nothing has ever been done. I work and don't have time to call them a million times a day. I never in a million years thought I would miss comcast. I can not say enough about how much I dislike Bulloch County Telephone Co. It is a mystery to me how they stay in business. I mainly use my cell phone for internet when i really need to do anything and we are switching to satellite for TV.
