THIS DEALERSHIP IS COMPLETELY DISHONEST!!! The sales manager, Kevin Thomas, was unwilling to honor the sales price that the dealership had listed on AutoTrader and their website. (MSRP of $27,680 / Advertised price $24,139) I spoke with the salesman earlier in the day to confirm the availability and price of the Wrangler. He confirmed the price and told me that the Jeep was in stock. I drove 1.5hours to pick up the Jeep. (My wife texted the dealership all of the information that they requested in order to fill out the purchase agreement so that it would be ready as soon as we arrived.) After arriving they offered me to take it for a test drive and I did. After the test drive I went into the sales manager’s office and waited for the paperwork. When they brought out the purchase agreement it had a sales price of $26,930. I explained to them that that was not the price we agreed on and showed them the AutoTrader ad and Ad on their website. Kevin told me the price was a mistake and they couldn’t sell the Jeep for less than $26,930. I asked Kevin why they waited until after I drove 1.5 hours, test drove the jeep and waited in office for 15 minutes to inform me that they would not honor the agreed price of $24,139 and he didn’t have an answer. Georgia Chrysler Dodge-Jeep is the most dishonest dealership that I have ever dealt with.
About a month ago my husband tells me that John David Miles (of Statesboro Express Auto Sales) mentioned to him that he had a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica just come in. Of course John David proceeds to drive it to church and Adam and I took it for a drive. Little did I know I was going to fall in love with this car and a few days later it would be mine. We are so blessed by John David and are the proud owners of a new vehicle!!! He made the process so easy and affordable!! I can't say enough praise about him and Express Auto Sales!!!!
Seriously, I don't know who this other person spoke to, but Mark, the sales manager, was amazing. They had the absolute best deal on a Dodge Charger. I drove from Savannah and they could not have been nicer or easier to work with. It is worth the drive to be treated like they treated us. I would definitely buy from them again. A better price and not getting jerked around is worth the effort.
Don't waste your time with this business.. I should have checked with the Better business bureau before driving 100 miles to buy a truck. They have the LOWEST SCORE WITH THE BBB.I called this place about a Ford ranger that they had listed on their website and on autotrader for $1,995.00. They said they still had the truck and I also asked if it was a misprinted ad or if there was something wrong with the truck for the low price. Gator the sales person said no. We left Augusta to go purchase the truck. We got there and drove the truck and offered them less for the truck just to see if we see if we could get it cheaper. Bobby the sales person took the offer to the manager and the manager came out of his office and had told me the truck was $4,995.00 that the third party advertisement was wrong (http://autotrader.com) but I had copies of both auto trader and the dodge dealers website price proving the $1995 price was on the dealership site.CONS.. BAIT AND SWITCH!BE SURE TO CHECK OUT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND SEE THE ROCK BOTTOM SCORE. THIS BUSINESS ISNT EVEN A BBB MEMBER.
