You're on call ahead of time for real I really don't need this problem have a blessed day by I don't understand what's going on with the calling
Just delighted! Had recently noticed that the Newport people had all new, clean cars. I decided to try them, after some time. The people at the office/dispatch were very professional and organized. At 4:30pm I asked if I could reserve a car for 7pm. They said I would have call back around 7 since they couldn't be sure they would have a car available. I called around 6:30. They took my information and destination and scheduled a pick-up at 7pm. The driver was early. He knew where he was going in Manhattan. It was a pleasant. drive. The driver was friendly and courteous. I could not have asked for a better experience!
Called them for a cab said wait 15 mins waited 15 mins called back for them to tell me no cabs in my area
THE MIST DISGUSTING CAR I HAVE EVER RIDDEN IN! The car was filthy, had black tape covering holes all over the upholstery, smelled of cigarettes,did not have a working navigation & the AC turned off halfway through the trip. Extremely unprofessional. Sent a driver who had to stop for gas as soon as soon as he picked me up, then said he did not know how to get to the airport I was going to. DON'T USE THEM!!
Area's Two provided transportation for our private event and did an amazing job. They handled all the details and went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly. I'd definitely recommend them!
This service deserves no stars, what gives a dispatcher the right to hang up on someone, if you can't hear them and ask them to speak up?? The dispatcher at night is beyond rude, I call them often because I work late often and the same dude has the same impatient attitude like we the customers are bothering him. First off you want the cash or not??? Obviously not and I will make sure my family and anyone else who reads these important reviews don't waste their time with such service.
