I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Sears under the Master Protection Agreement which I renewed for several years. Sears will not receive future business from me as a result of the last five services on my Kenmore Washer which is still not resolved. Each time a service technician arrives they each diagnosed conflicting issues with the washer. The MPA expired on 8/3 but they did honor the service for 90 days. However, they did not resolve the issue or honor the MPA terms. I also opened a case with the Sears Customer Solution Center and then was bounced around from department to department.

i agree with the other customer. i would give this service a 0 if it were possible. i have a problem with my washer and dryer. the first repairman came as scheduled and told me they were both fixed. when i went to use them, neither appliance worked. then another service man came and said i needed two parts for the machine. they came, but no one has been back since to fix the appliance. they scheduled three times. i cancelled doctor's appointments, hair appointments, and others, just to sit home and wait sometimes 7 hrs for them to come. now they have rescheduled for the 5th time, so i have another day to sit home and hope they keep this appointment. this is not the sears of years ago. DO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICE CONTRACT.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Worst customer service!!!! Never showed up to fix the heat after they diagonsed the problem, leaving us with no heat in 0 degree weather since last week.They never called or planned when they would show up. No one has yet to show up and when you call back, you get transferred to several different departments. They do not know what theyre doing and they say they will send someone right away and still NO ONE shows up. Absolutely disgusting. All of customer service tells you the same thing and blames one another but no action is actually being taken. A winter with no heat is everyones worse nightmare. Disgusting and disrespectful. I have been with sears for many years but now their service is crap. Poor managment and do not waste your time with them. Supervisor could not care less leaving a family without heat in this below freezing temperatures. They are sitting comfortably in their offices with nice heat. Would NEVER recommend this to anyone.
I ordered a furnace maintenance and it should be $129. When the service man told me that one of the sensor needed to be cleaned and it will cost me $280. .... I felt like I just got robbed.. All he had to do is to take the little tiny senor out and cleaned it. That was a lot of money and how come is not part of the maintenance? I don't think I will try Sears service ever again.
This service co. is unreliable and untrustworthy. They showed up 6 hours late after I made multiple phone calls and they misdiagnosed my Maytag dryer. They charged me $100 to clear lint from my machine when it stopped producing hot air. They said the thermostat would have to be changed if the issue still happens. They are incompetent and ridiculous. I called them the following day five times and they said a service technician would call me back and never did. The coils ended up being bad and I changed them myself. Please don't use ASAP appliance service unless you want a nightmare.
