My cat was seen for a dental cleaning, that's all we agreed too. I come back they take out two of his teeth he needs to be on antibiotics n pain meds... I was alone n had no help, my other cat isn't nice so I had to bring that cat who is recuperating to my mom's and they were on vacation .... so now they charge me for 2 teeth that were removed. If they said this before hand and I knew I wouldn't of done it that weekend because of the help I needed administering the drugs, I had work n couldn't be in 3 places at a time.. so I argue with them n cried they don't care. I never paid for what I didn't ask for or even told that it could possibly of happened. So now fast foward a year, my cat is 11 n has 105 fever, and I brought him to south shore animal hospital they needed his rabbis n aids n lukemia information AND THIS PLACE VCA ANIMAL WOULDN'T SEND IT. . U WANT CROOKS N PEOPLE WHO DON'T CARE GO THERE...you want people who do things you didn't ask for go there.

Do NOT see Dr Viado at SI Animal Hospital. My dad took our Morkie in. She had a small hard bump on her head that has been there for a year or so. The Doc told my dad he had to go out an (expensive) mri in Red Bank at a clinic Viado ALSO works at because "brain matter was leaking into her skull." He refused to do a cheaper Xray.She was taken somewhere else for a second opinion. It was just an abscess that needed to be drained. Greedy heartless jerk! How dare he play on our emotions to make a buck!
