The worst experience I have ever encountered with people who are suppose to be professionals. I waited almost 2 months for a appointment with Dr. Castellano, the day of my appointment I call to confirm location, after confirming I realize I have a voice mail and it is the Dr.'s office cancelling my appointment due to family emergency. They said someone would call to reschedule I waited 2 days for a call back never got one. I call them to reschedule they want me to wait another month !!! I asked them if they didn't want to take on anymore patients because they just seemed so uninterested in helping me , They said they did !! They wanted to give me an appointment which I would have had to wait another month :( I explained that i had just waited almost 2 months for this appointment they said that's all we have I said forget it, ill go somewhere else where they will be more accommodating and they said ok like they could care less . I wonder if the doctors actually know how rude there office workers are and that they are losing patients because of poor manageability and disgraceful attitudes and manners .

They are rude and unprofessional. Someone actually picked up the phone and hung up when i called yesterday. Whenever i am there, the phones will ring and everyone will ignore it. Also, no one in the office will return your call after you leave a message will the operator.

It was quite a delight to find this faciity within the five(5) boroughs considering the decadence in this mecca of heathenism! The entire staff were quite polite and professional. The wait time was quite less than secular health centers. I highly recommend this institution. I wonder if there are any other truly Christian Health Centers within N.Y.C.. There are plenty of hospitals which espouse to be Christian in their names but they are nominal at best in this city of approximately eight million(8,000,000) people!
