On October 14, 2017, around 1800 hours, I went to the Dunkin Donuts on 1776 Forest Ave, Promenade Plaza, Staten Island, NY 10303. I had the full intention of transacting with the store, but the cashier preferred to continue her ongoing personal conversation, rather than to address her newest customer. The cashier deferred to the woman with whom she had been speaking as though she was a supervisor, yet this would-be overseer was more interested in her discourse with the cashier than in the maintaining of any professionalism. Both women seemed more disgusted at the thought of a customer interrupting their chatter, than of the inevitable loss of business.
The food is usually good here but sometimes it isn't and taste like refrigerator. Sometimes they can't get the order straight but do address the issue on time and without giving trouble. Most of the staff is fine but they do change the people working there frequently.
