About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

We've been taking our cars to them for 25 years. They are honest and very knowledgeable.....very good at what they do. And they treat people well...respectfully. You are in very caring hands with Ciceros.

I would give them no star if the system let me, their manager is horrible, rude and cannot even manage his manners. Do not ever go there to repair your car even for the smallest things they can do more harm than good. The manager himself broke my car's remote key because of his forceful and inattentiveness entrance. I guess he didn't respect his job because it was just a simple battery change so instead using a screw driver he hand-forced and opened it. While I tired to explain him he should fix what he broke, he threw a 5 years old boy tantrum and did not take any responsibility whatsoever. Don't want to have a bad experience? Good! Don't go there.

I was bamboozled. I told the manager I was writing this review Don't go here. They over charge They lied to me about an alternator installation. The manager said he was going to put in a factory Hyundai part for me at a cost of $365 total with labor $487. After I competed my research I accepted the steep price. Something told me to check the actually alternator installed in my car because I knew mechanics that would lie and pull the wool over consumers eyes whom they thought knew nothing about automotive... and I discovered he put in a rebuilt low end alternator. There was no Hyundai stamp or sticker just a dirty greasy bar code. The part cost $100 and they put a 250% Mark-up and a lie on it. My family has been going there since we moved up the block when I 9 years old. And now we will not anymore and told the neighbors and now I'm telling all of you.

They will try rip people off. They tried to rip my son. I had to go back to the store to set him straight. I will never give them my business again. I will never buy gas or anything from them.

Good mechanic but the owner over charges and will add urgency to non urgent situations. I used to go here before the owner got very involved in every fix.
