I had some friends come over for dinner. We decided to order a pizza. I called Luigi's and ordered their all meat special. Once I brought it home it didn't take long for it to disappear. Everyone loved it. I have to say you will continue to have my business as well you now have two more satisfied customers. You have a great product, great service and great employee's. We had heard that this pizza place served some great pizza. We arrived, and sat down at a table. After waiting for 10 minutes, a delivery person came through the door. We thought, oh, good he will tell someone we are here. Still no one showed to take our order (15 minutes have passed). A man came in and walked up to the bar. Someone came out, and he asked to see a menu. After he decided to stay, the waiter/delivery guy walked over and took his drink order without a glance our way (we were 5 ft away). After spending 5 minutes removing the foam from his beer, he came back over to deliver the beer. The waiter/delivery boy then began cleaning a table for 6 that had been abandoned. As he headed back our way, I thought he would come take our drink order. Instead he went over to the man to take his food order. As he walked back to kitchen without any kind of comment to us, we got up and left. Maybe they have good pizza, but their service stinks!

This used to be an excellent place for pizza, and recently has come into new ownership. Deciding to give the new owners a try, I ordered a pizza for home delivery. I am a firm believer in supporting local businesses, however it would seem that in this instance, that was a HUGE mistake.
They had gotten my order incorrect, and when I called to let them know, the woman who answered the phone stated ""Well, I'm not sure why it was written down that way,"" as if I was making up my issue, instead of apologizing and offering to correct it. When I waited for her to offer a solution, she was completely silent. Then I had to ASK HER what my options were. She said they could send up a new pizza, but I let her know that I didn't feel like waiting another 1.5 hours for a new pizza, and politely asked if I could just get a discount on my next one. (Please keep in mind I said discount, not free - and after managing numerous hotels and restaurants, I know this is the preferred option for any intelligent manager, as this ensures the customer will come back). The woman then proceeded to argue with me on how long the pizza actually took, when I wasn't even calling to complain about the wait time in the first place, which by the way, I was originally told would be 45 minutes, and it was WELL over that.
Finally I asked if I could just get a new pizza then.
The delivery guy was nice, and I even apologized TO HIM for making him come back.
Again wanting to support local small business owners, and assuming they were perhaps just having a bad night, I decided to give them a try again. Over 30 minutes after I placed my order, I was called to state that they no longer delivered to my address, as I had ""given them problems in the past."" When I was in the midst of trying to understand just how I caused problems for them, she hung up on me.
The pizza and other food isn't good enough to have to deal with such lousy service. Don't bother.

Unlike the other review up here my experience was completely opposite! Everytime I have ever ordered pizza there is has always been hot, in a timely matter, and PHENOMENAL! The sandwiches are excellent! Especially the veggie sandwich with artichokes, spinach, and pesto sauce. A vegetarians dream! Thank you so much for your continued excellent service.

I liked the wings I ate one evening when I ordered inside the restaurant and carried it out. But the next evening I ordered food for delivery...take into consideration that I was staying in a location literally next door...the food was supposed to be 45min which I felt was probably right since there is only a few people there working at night. I had given them a phone #. Two hours later, I had to call them to ask what happened. 'Oh, sorry! it will be there in ten minutes' he said. 20min later, it arrived...cold. I don't know if that is a habit or just an oversight on their part but when you are an out of towner vacationing, it is really irritating!
