Today I was supposed to shadow a physician and I needed a ride to the practice. So, I went online an hour ahead of time and scheduled a taxi. When the time came, I went outside and waited for seven minutes. Nothing, so I called and the ETA was several minutes ago. So, I cancel that order and order a new one thinking that something just was lost in translation the first time. I wait ten minutes, and try to call the physician. While I'm leaving a voice mail, the cabby calls and leaves me a voice mail. He claims he is right outside the building, so I run around twice looking for a cab. I even check the parking lot at the apartment near mine, no cab in sight. He called on a private number so I had no way to call back and ask where he was and he never tried calling again. So, I didn't get where I needed to go and missed a valuable opportunity.I've had successes with HVR so this came totally out of left field. This is just unforgivable. Two separate orders and neither could be filled? If you need a ride to anything that is important or time sensitive, call another company because these guys are not reliable.
Timely and professional drivers plus very clean cabs. I've had excellent experience with HV. I would recommend to anyone.
I use Happy Valley Ride as transportation to work on bad winter days. I can assure any future customer the drivers do not smoke in the cabs, and the cabs are always clean! Some drivers are quiet; others talk a lot, if you wish conversation. They have always been prompt.
