They're really responsive whenever I have any inquiries. If I have a serious issue, they make sure to take care of it within a decent time-frame.

Upon moving in the unit was dirty and so many things were broken and needed to be fixed or replaced within the first month. Many residents are loud and obnoxious, creating an environment that feels unsafe at night. The doors operate by key card, and mine never worked properly. I had my card replaced 5 times within the time I have been here. The management can be very rude and unwilling to assist you with any problems you might be having regarding your lease or apartment. They stick to "policies" that are unbeknownst to residents and are unwilling to make exceptions, even if the mistakes are on their end. I understand that this is student housing and you cannot expect a 5 star living space, but when you are paying over $700 a month, there is a standard that should be upheld. Overall I am very, very dissatisfied with my stay here and I will NOT be coming back next year. Save yourself the trouble and find something else that's better (it won't be hard).
Park Forest has really good rates, and whenever there is an issue in your unit, they address it really fast. They're also very flexible with subletting options.
A resident in the same building has made excessive noise, and I have asked Property Management Inc to resolve this issue. The name of the resident is Pascal Rouxelin. He is a graduate student in Department of Engineering at Penn State, and moved to this building since 2014/09. The noise has continued for more than a year, almost every week, at midnight between 11PM-3AM. I asked Property Management Inc to take legal actions, but they have only talked to him, and this matter was never resolved. At the end, I had to talk to a lawyer to consult.
