        Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires up to 6 additional years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training. As oral and maxillofacial surgeons, Drs. Collins and Haney manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Drs. Collins and Haney practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery, implants, wisdom tooth removal, and IV anesthesia. They can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries and TMJ disorders, and perform a full range of dental implant procedures. Our staff is trained in assisting with I.V. sedation and general anesthesia within our state of the art office setting. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery (EKG, Pulse Oximeter, Blood Pressure, and End Tidal CO2).The surgical staff at Oral and Maxillo Facial Surgery, Inc are experienced and friendly surgical assistants, trained registered nurses (RN), and licensed practical nurses (LPN) who assist in surgery. All staff members are CPR certified and our cordial front office staff are informed administrative personnel, well-versed in health and insurance policies.

        Good dentists, Really bad receptionist

        I would have given a better ranking if not calling them today. I have to admit the dentists there are nice, and the whole process is pleasant. But when I called them today to pay the bill, the "lady" who picked up the phone, is so NOT PROFESSIONAL. First of all, she must be doing something else at the mean time, because I heard her volume changed all the time, with murmuring. She asked for my card number 3 times without showing any respect or guilty. When I asked her why she asked me to repeat 3 times, she said "I couldn't understand you, that's why" quoted. I am foreigner, but I don't have any problem with any customer service person. I never had to repeat any number before.



        I don't want to talk with her any more, and even not willing to ask for her name. But I am going to send Dr. Collins a letter regarding this. If I couldn't get a answer, I'll file a complaint to BBB.
