Excellent place for the kids to play. The climbing area is huge, there's a trampoline, and there are lots of other games. I'd highly recommend it as a place for kids to run off energy and have a great time, especially on a rainy/snowy day.

This place is disgustingly dirty. They open at 11 am on weekdays, however, the workers are consistently late to open. The place never has any antibacterial wipes around flu season, and there's so much dust you can see it flying away in the 'jungle.'


I would just like to warn people about this establishment. I booked a party for my three year old daughter on March 2nd 2013 at Fun Unleashed. The party was not to be held until March 23rd 2013 so more than enough time was allotted for the establishment to be ready for my party. When I booked the party I was told that for the Happy Day Package I would get a 23 cupcake tower. I would be able to have 11 kids which each child would be able to get one slice of pizza a card containing three dollars for them to play games and punch. I was also told that I would be having a larger room since I told them we would be having a larger party so we were told I would be having a double room. They said they would call a week before the party they called the day before. When we got there we were all standing out front waiting for someone to greet us. Once they realized there was a large group there for a party they stamped our hands and that as really the end of the organization at that point. We were shown to a room that 10 adults and 11 children had to squeeze into. Once we got all the kids off to play we still did not have enough room so I actually had people leave the party before it started. They literally dropped off the gift and said they were not going to stay because there was obviously not enough room for them. The manager came in and handed me the cards for the kids. She at first did not give me enough then once she returned with the proper number of cards she handed them to me but did not explain how they worked for the kids just went off to play not realizing that the tickets they earned where on the cards. I was not told this only that once the credits where used up they have to be returned up front. I had a few upset kids that did not get there tickets for a prize because this was not explained. I also had a few cards with less than the amount that was told to me that would be on the card or nothing at all. Then the cupcakes came I was originally promised 23 she brought in 13. I asked the Manger about it and she first stood there looking at me like well what is the problem there are enough for the kids. I explained to her what was promised to me when I booked the party. She then literally huffed rolled her eyes and said ok well ill fix it. She then returned with the 23. Then after we were repeatedly remained that she had another party to host she ran off we lite our own candles after she said she would be by to do it but never came by. Then after just wanting this ordeal to be over with she brings me a bill for 141.86. I had already put down 50.00 on the 2nd of March when I booked the party leaving 80.00 dollars plus tax for me to pay. I explained to her what was told to me when I booked the party. She then came back after she said she called the owner Kim the women I booked the party with. She advised me that she said that Kim the owner admitted to giving me wrong information but was not willing to correct the issue. The manager then continued to say that it is what it is and that it was sad that the owner could not have given me the correct information. I was completely upset at this point that I was given wrong information, and that it was recognized but they were not going to correct it. I was treated like a complete inconvenience to a place that says they appreciate their patrons business. I then read the establishment’s website and I like that the owners seem so evangelical. I always thought God taught lesson like do cheat and steal. I feel like this was the worst experience and unfortunately my daughter had to experience this on her third birthday. It is also most unfortunate that I had to pay almost 200.00 to get treated the way I was. The manager then handed me a review sheet and repeatedly asked not to put her name on it because she feared she would get fired. I just could not believe how my party and I were treated.
