        CDFC programs are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and are Keystone Stars designated. We participate in the Child and Adult Care Food Program, ensuring proper nutrition. Meals, snack and infant formula will be provided at our early learning programs. Families may contract for full-time, partial full-time or part-time care. Subsidized funding and scholarships are accepted.
