Great place for repairs. Took my 2007 Silverado there after having in two other places that I paid to fix the check engine light,and they did not. Stockers got is fixed right the first attempt!!!

I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how wonderful Erin Snook made my wife and I visit to Stockers Chevy!!!! On May 24th I called down to check on a monthly payment on a 2017 Colorado she said she would work on my payment that I asked for she called me back in 20 minutes and asked me a few more questions then asked me when I could come down and pick it up, she not only made my payment she beat it by $20 a month less then I asked!!!! When I got to your dealership I was introduced to her by another sales associate and she just made mine and my wife's experience awesome she took the time made sure we were informed and knowledgeable about our new vehicle and the loan and all the time we were there she couldn't have made us more comfortable!!!! That's the kind of car buying experience I have been looking for all of 35 years of buying a new vehicle, I will be back soon and looking forward to buying again thanks to Erin!!!!! Went to Stocker on a 'lark,' and ended up driving home a 2014 Outback on the same day! The sales rep respected my wife, and engaged her in all discussions, which was a big plus in people skills. We went in knowing we wanted an Outback, and in which trim level. We also knew our desired interior color, so the process was expedited somewhat. They have a great inventory. We settled in on our desired car, and I dreaded the upcoming haggle over price. No problem! Sales rep came up with numbers quickly and independently, gave us a wonderful discount off the top, then a great trade in! AND he presented the numbers quickly, mannerly, and professionally. After agreeing on the deal, he made the rest happen quickly, too. We went for dinner, came back and drove our car home. Shopping for a car has never been so easy and pleasant. Their service dept. looks great, and I can't wait to drop off the car and eat nearby at Quaker Steak and Lube. Nice waiting area, too, at the dealership. This place is seriously designed to give you the "Subaru" experience: you join a family and feel as if they stand by you throughout the ownership of your car. Sales room is clean, spacious, airy, and very comfortable, even though it is bustling with buyers. It really does make a difference by going to a larger dealer, with more volume. They make things happen.

Had a wire harness in the door replaced for the air bags. the parts were ordered in a timely manner and they worked with me to get it back in to do the work.
