First and last visit. Food was dry and lacked flavor. People stand around in a cluster, staff didnt work well together seemed as though they were under trained. Kept telling ourselves the food better be good to go threw all this. Turned out food was horrible. Got country fried steak it was tough and dry , gravy very pastey and lacked flavor. Biscuits was under cooked bit into raw dough. Coleslaw tasted like nothing more than sweet milk. No tang or flavor. Fries was good. Mac and cheeae tasted like it came out of the frozen section. Serve staff didnt check up on you and wasnt available to get their attention. Decided to take the steak home for dog since it was paid for , cashier tried to get us to toss it away. Won"t go back and wouldn't reccomend to anyone. My recommendations would be go across the street to anyone of the three other places. Sheetz next door would have been a better experience.
If i would of thought of it earlier i would of taken a picture of my burnt shrimp and under cooked fries but i didn't. Guess it's hard to get good help @under $15 an hour. I know what i made as a sous chef a few yrs back and these kids think they deserve $20 to $30 /hr with no schooling and can't cook food right. To bad Ramen noodles aren't on the menu that be done just right. Haven't been to TGI Fridays in 18yrs and it will be twice as long b4 i come back
