The houses are big and roomy. every bedroom has a bathroom which is really nice. The staff is always so nice and helpful. Loved living there!

Good people to rent from. Maintenance responds quickly if you have any problems.

Don't bother cleaning up when you move out, you won't get all of your deposit back. We left our rental much cleaner than it was when we moved in and still got only a portion of our deposit back.

These home are beautiful and spacious, the office staff is knowleagble and professional and courteous. The housing units are 1800 square feet two story homes and are not insulated or weatherized very well. In the summer time there are hot spots in certain areas of the home and in the winter time the down stairs is very cold and if you put your thermostat above or on 75 the heat is unbearable in the upstairs bedrooms. The windows are cold and drafty . They are all electric and the electric bills will send you to the poor house. They can range from 300.00 - 479.00 in the winter time. The neighborhood is beautiful and family oriented and quiet most of the time. The homes should be better insulated to sway some of the expense of the heating bills. I love living here except for the utility bill. The mainteance staff is excellent and they come to change filters once a month and they are great at keeping the grounds looking great.
