        I brought three starters to Do...

        I brought three starters to Douglas Battery, one of which I knew wasn't working, the others I wasn't sure about. I fully expected to hear that all three needed parts+labor, but was pleasantly surprised to learn that the faulty one only had a loose connection, and the other two tested fine. Clearly the owner is very honest and will do right for the customer, and isn't going to perform unnecessary work. Highly recommended!
