As a resident of Regency at Ridgefield, I have personally been very impressed with Chris Buccieri’s general knowledge and work ethic. He enjoys an excellent rapport with both the Board and the residents, and is always very responsive to both. On the rare occasions when I needed to reach Chris directly he usually responded within ten minutes! I recently had to interface directly with Chris on some proposed recommendations and he was a valuable asset in getting them accepted and implemented in a timely manner .As a retired executive, I firmly believe that a company is only as good as the people they employ . This is a credit to The Property Group, and Chris in particular. For example, I recently noticed what appeared to be some water damage remediation activity going on at one of our units and I called Chris to make him aware of it. Needless to say, he was already on site addressing the problem in person. I’m so pleased that Chris is our Property Manager at Regency at Ridgefield.
Ok so let me begin by saying I lived here for almost 5 years. And in those 5 years there has always been a water issue. Last winter there was no hot water. This morning low water pressure and no hot water. I asked the maneger when this problem is going to be fixed, he said first week of August. Which I don't believe since he says the same thing. Now another bad thing about this place, I walked outside to my car in the parking lot, and I see my neighbors cars tires gone. Yes, someone robbed his tires. This has happened twice since I lived here. But some people that been living here for longer say it has been always happening. I don't think there are any cameras in the parking lot which I think we should have. These apartments are pet friendly. But the bad thing is, there is no fenced area so your dog can run around. You can take your dog to the front court but the road is right across so it's a little dangerous. There is no elevator but the noises are not that loud.
Every company has a particular culture, ¬a personality that trickles down from the management and influences the behavior of the staff. The Property Group Management takes an active interest in the condominium associations they manage. In the case of River House, this particular attention to detail proved critical as the Association experienced losses due to both floods and fire. While the fire which put 11 families out of their homes was truly catastrophic, The Property Group provided the expertise needed to work with the insurance company, fire marshal, city permitting process, an army of contractors and professionals from all the trades. They fully managed the re-building of five townhouses and a multi-unit building with six units. The team at TPG seems to accomplish all of this while setting the standard for professionalism, consideration, warmth and patience. They’re very nice people and it’s a pleasure to partner with them.
They are very professional and a very well managed company. I work in commercial real estate myself and I think that The Property Group deals with its clients in the same manner regardless of the size of the property as commercial real estate management companies. The staff is always available and helpful. The property manager & his assistant are well liked by the owners/residents and get the job done when the owners deal with them directly.
My sincerest thanks to The Property Group (TPG) for doing such a great job on my front "steps"! It's now more like a veranda, but even more importantly it is up to code. Their selection of color for the steps was also spot on and the stain on the railing is perfect! I appreciate all of TPG's efforts on my behalf. Thank you so very much. - Margaret
The Property Group is the best management company we have used in the past 10+ years I have lived in the complex. We have been using TPG for about 4 years and each year, as our manager gets to know our needs better, the service continues to grow in reliability. Not to mention, the responsiveness is excellent!

Excellent!! Staff is extremely professional. All very good... Our property can be challenging to work with, but Len does his job with patience and professionalism and all the details of property management are accomplished with efficiency well beyond what I expected.
