Chris Laria of Laria Construction LLC is the owner of Newbridge Realty.This is not a review of there work rather a review of the qualities of there employees. Neighbors house was being rebuilt and Laria Construction had the contract, from day one they made a mess of our property. There was all sorts of materials ( nails, wood,insulation, etc) and garbage on our property on a daily basis. Was in touch with the owner of the business Chris via text and email and in person and although he promised on multiple occasions to keep the debris & garbage off our property he ultimately ignored us. One one occasion we were told this is a very big job and you just have to expect this. Tried to talk with his workers because the cigarette butts were everywhere but there was a language barrier, they played there music extremely load and just did not care. Called the police on more then 1 occasion.Chris Laria the owner of Laria Construction called the STAMFORD POLICE DEPARTMENT on me because he was scared after the review I left on social media in regards to his business. The police told me that Chris and his Girlfriend were in fear because I posted the same review on multiple web sites Home Advisor, You Tube, Houzz, Angie's List to name a few.Should I be in fear now for posting this ? Are you going to call the F.B.I or maybe Secret Service ? Like I told the Police Officer on the phone if you start acting like a Man and come talk to me face to face and apologize for what happened this will all go away.

My advice is find another Real Estate company. I tried to contact this agency about one of their property listings. I asked if the property was still active and was told it was. Next, I requested to see the property and was told that someone would call me, the same day, to set up an appointment. When that didn't happen I waited a couple of days and then called again. The person on the phone told me, again, that someone would get back with me the same day and apologized for the lack of response. When I did not receive a call back within the next few days I called yet again. When I explained that I still had not received a return call, the person said they had been closed (for a week?). When I stated that I felt it was unprofessional of them to represent that someone would call when they wouldn't, she responded with "Oh, well good luck" and hung up. Really? I'm in sales and this conduct is the antithesis to winning client confidence. Get it together Exit Advantage! P.S. CEO Raul, the video on your website is promising, too bad there is no substance to your representations.
