Scam estimates, bait and switch - be very careful. They have now moved to Stamford, where we got an estimate ($40 charge). They gave us the estimate plus an additional estimate for more work "to make it better," which was 2.5x higher. We scheduled the appointment for our original plan - and made arrangements to drop it off and to be without the car for 4 days. When we brought it in, we were told they would only do the work for the higher amount and that the estimate was "just to tell you how much it would cost to have it done...not that we would do it." No matter they knew what we wanted when we made the appointment. The shop manager was "unavailable" and I could not get a refund on my $40. Perhaps it's better not to have had the work done - who knows what additional amounts would have been added on. But if you don't want my business, don't waste my time. Don't bait and switch.
