Poor leadership and uses harassment as a tactic to scare away law-abiding citizens. This area is HOA-happy and they feel the need to attempt to intimidate people into doing as they wish. They also seem to be incredibly unfriendly to pets and responsible owners. Living in this development is a horrible idea.
