what an awesome experience with this dealership. I am writing this review now, however I bought my Toyota sienna about 8 months ago. still very happy with the car and the reason for my review is that not only was the associate super knowledgeable, easy going and helpful when we bought the car, but after 8 months he continued to provide excellent customer service. long story short, we needed tires, we called patriot and they offered to provide us with information on a very good auto shop, and they provided their company cost on parts. we saved $800. They are so responsive, professional but yet so simple. This "small business" operates better than some of the largest dealers we have experience with. wow I mean we are really amazed at the diligence and the going above and beyond. If you are looking for a pre owned vehicle, please take my word and visit these guys, I cant say enough good about them. They really deserve so much credit.
12-26-15 I bought a 2006 Cadillac SRX. Several days later an 02 sensor had to be replaced. 02-08 brakes and rotors had to be done because the brake pads were rusty and shredded. 02-14 it went into the shop for what we thought was timing chains. Turns out it needs a whole new engine. The dealership refuses to work with us and has lied to us and the BBB. The loan company is no help either. After putting $2000 into the car, on top of payments, I still do not have a running car but am still stuck paying for it. They said that they would push 2 payments off, but still call 10 times a day threatening to repo it.
wow, low pressure sales , great customer service, will buy my next car here. The car was in good shape as advertised, and they had the best price. The total overall price including taxes and fees was much less than other cars we looked at and the it was a simple and quick deal. we really enjoy our new bmw and recommend this place to all.

So after being told they finance anyone we go there and find a car we love. Carfax and all. We get there talk to the sales rep and the finance manager NO ONE TOLD US THEY ADD 2500 TO YOUR CAR PRICE IF YOU DO NOT PAY CASH. They claim its on the web site but I do not see that ANYWHERE. So after being denied for a car that was 15877 because the payments would be over 300 and their banks only want you below 300. They call the next day and offer us a car that is 14877. So we decided to go ahead and look at it. It wasn't what we wanted, but it wasn't to bad. So we tell them ok, how much would we owe and need down. We get a call back saying we cant get that one either. We are trying to put between 4000-5000 down..... That leaves a loan around 10000-12000 with all the taxes etc. I could get financed else where for close to 17000 with a 3000 down payment..... Also when I first found this place I was asking questions about warrentys and such..... I got no answer the only thing they told me was "when can you come in". They claimed to not be able to tell finical information such as payments and down payments over the phone but I was able to get this information from other dealers as well as after I drove all the way there for nothing. After saying I don't want any other car, I was told lets try to make it work. They tried to pawn between 5-8 cars. Not concerned with my needs. I have 4 kids and a wife expecting. I expressed I live far and they got me to drive up there for no reason. I wish I would have stayed away. you can get a good car if you read the car fax and test drive but be warned they do LIE, CHEAT, STEAL AND CHANGE PRICES.
Solid straightup staff. I had a tire blow out on Hwy 1. I managed to pull in their lot just to get off the road and they ran out and changed the tire even though I wasn't there to buy a car. I tried to give them some money for their trouble and they turned it down. Really good guys and really decent people. That's the kind of service and spirit I would go back for when I need a car.
