Picket Fence Properties

Horrible experience, hard to get answers, hard to communicate! Rent to own defiles the seller. 62 year old divorcee, built home, lived in for 37 years,easily manipulated at the time, now have cancer and I need my $40,000 desparately. I first dealt with Picket Fence, then told I was to deal with Renowned Properties, and at last communication, was told to deal with Keith Hebert at Picket Fence Properties. Very confused with the shiftness of this transaction. If rent to sell person decides not to buy. what then????? Renowned Properties or Picket Fence receives rent. If it is rented, shouldn't it be listed as FOR SALE?????? I mean, if it not sold then, it is FOR SALE!!!!!!!! Beware Before getting into this type of situation.!!!!!!
