Owners wife Julie argued with customer while doing her pedicure. Saw customer very disappointed in service of pedicure. I personally saw her not do the complete pedicure (which) I wouldn't have paid for. Owners wife Julie also argued with staff while she was with her customer. I would not recommend this place to anyone

The worst place ever. I just went with my daugther for hair wash, blow dry and iron... We look as a dirty mop... Today is mother day and this experience made my day the worst. The guy who did our hair is the worst hair stylish we met. He dont know how bow dry and use a brush at the same time. He burn our ends and iron the hair when still wet. Im so mad that my tears are coming out. They charged $110.00 and now I need to go home and wash my hair again.

If you love your hair simply DO NOT trust this place. I got highlights which was the worst decision because the woman fried my hair. First she bleached the crap out of my beautiful hair and then the woman over processed my now damaged hair. It has been well over a year and my hair is still recovering.DO NOT trust this place!!! The results are not pretty.

My wife and I enjoyed terrific milk & honey pedicures on the 4th and look forward to returning soon. I had an ingrown nail removed painlessly and easily by Ann, a medical nail tech and my wife enjoyed her pedicure with Som. We would recommend the private pedicure room and both of these nail techs for a very relaxing pedicure.

This was the worst hair cut service I have ever had. I came the very first Grand Opening Day for full hair cut (wash, cut, style dray). I asked lady for experienced stylist. His name was Michael. He introduced himself that he is from Vietnam and worked in Washington DC. I asked him to change my stile to something new. When we checked my hair he was very rough, pulled my hair very hard. I felt very uncomfortable. Then he washed my hair. That was even more painful. I start getting headache. I did’t want to say anything because I did’t want to look rude the very first Grand Opening day and decided to wait till the end for that beautiful change in my hear style he promised. I noticed that he is not doing much, just cutting the end of my hear. Additionally to that he drooped his tools 4-or 5 times. It was no change at all. This was most expensive hair wash and dry, even with discount. When front desk lady asked me if I want to schedule my next appointment I said no and told what happened. I was so upset, my head was heart and I came home. I decided to call back to discuss about my charge. lady told me that they don’t want to lose me as a customer and manager will call me back. I didn’t get a call from manager. I already told my friends who was planning to go here and they were very thankful that I saved their time.
