About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

River Christian Fellowship

This 'church' was a marriage destroying cult run by Janet and Rohan Gordon. After leaving the church to under-pastors, they left for N.Y.C. seeking a position as Bishops, but their plans failed, then their marriage failed. Rohan returned recently to find the church now named The River Church. He deposed the two pastors and took over as its head. There are only the women of the ruined marriages left in the congregation. It is a dying cult now. BEWARE THIS PERSONALITY CULT!

Church On The Rock

Went to this Church about a week before Easter. I'm seeking a church in the area that is friendly and this one is far from it.The pastor was kind of a big fellow and talked more about the things that he owns and such rather than talking about scripture. I met him personally after the service and he seemed really arrogant towards people. The word that was preached was not a very relevant word and I would never go back.I was looking for a church home but this is not it.Oh and the pastor's name BTW is Larry Smoot.Notes were taken on the Church on the Rock service but it was so unimpactful I would have to go back and read over some of them to jog my memory about any part of the service. Churches like this should not exist. What a disgrace to Christianity. This church meets at Drew Middle School and the environment feels just like that. You are sitting in the middle school auditoriom with about 10 people in the congregation so it feels like nobody is there. What a DEAD church.
