Be careful!!! I gave a deposit which was $3 500 , in one day I changed my mind I did not close the deal and I did not buy a car. So wanted to take my deposit back! It has been already almost a month, I had already came 3 times, and today they told me again to come on Monday. If I not take my deposit back on Monday, I will fill out a complain!

I must commend Jay Holder-a salesman that deserves high regards. He sold me my Nissan and continues to check in with me for any Nissan needs. He has also assisted and sold vehicles to my family members and friends. Please know, he is an awesome asset to your facility. He's not just a salesman but I feel he's part of my family. Jamar Irby and the staff was excellent! I was nervous being a woman going to a dealership by myself, but he made it easy. Car buying usually is a big hassle. He was nice and was very honest with me. I liked that. He went over the Rogue and made sure I knew all about it. Other than the wait (albeit, they were busy), It was a great experience. Again, the only negative I can say is it did take about 2 1/2 hours to get everything done, but it was time well spent! I recommend anyone to go see Jamar.

They were great. I had to have my car towed there and we didn`t arrive until after 7 : 00PM (closing time). I called ahead and the service manager (advisor) agreed to stay and wait for me. I couldn`t have asked for better service. My vehicle is running perfectly now.

My salesperson did a fantastic...

My salesperson did a fantastic job with helping me to choose and purchase a new vehicle. He discussed several payment options with me and did everything possible to make my experience as painless as possible. There wasn`t the usual "haggling" that happens at the dealership and I appreciated it. Cory did a great job and I am completely satisfied... especially with my sunroof!!!

I read the reviews and most of them are good if your purchasing a vehicle.

This is about their Collision Center.

I took my Cadillac in because Geico recommended them and said they would warranty the work done on the car. I suppose this is true unless the problem is reoccurring and it gets worse over time. I got my car back and within 3 days the alignment was off on the car to the point that it would drive itself into another lane if you did not hold the wheel straight. Took it back and they checked the alignment. Service guy says he has no idea why it did that. I drove the car off and a within 2 weeks it is happening again. Took it back and service guy says again " this doesn't make sense". Alignment done for the 2nd time; third if you include the initial work on the car. Drove the car for a couple months with the alignment slowly getting worse and worse. Took the car in today and they said they cannot just keep doing the same thing and it has been too long since the initial accident. I put less than 1000 miles on this car and it is babied. There is something wrong with the car and Henry Cuello "Production Manager" says too bad. Not even a why don't we take a look at it and see what is going on. Henry Cuello also said he spoke to his manager and everyone is in agreement. It has been too long. OK Then!

Moral of the Story: If you have the time and energy to mess with people that do not do quality work and stand behind their work. THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU...........
