Hello readers, we had used colony limo past Saturday for my parents 30th anniversary, we all have used limos for different occasion before but frankly, that was totally different experience, we were all so pleased with everything, starting with the person who answers the call, driver and next day client satisfactory call from their office manager, excellent service with the great price and wonderful experienced driver.
Spent $1217 for wedding transportation. Towncar which was supposed to seat 4 people, had newspapers and a POTTED PLANT in the passenger seat, so we crammed into back seat. Limousine service, after reception, was supposed to have a "wedding package" with champagne, balloons, sign and red carpet. NONE of that was supplied. Basically, the bride & groom got a "ride" to the hotel. We paid $273 for that "ride". We could've gotten a towncar for $85, but we wanted the special treatment of the "wedding package". The owner's solution to our disappointment was to refune $50 (out of $1217), and then he had the nerve to tack on an additional $30 for "wait time" for the bride & groom after the wedding. Nothing was ever mentioned about additional charges for "wait time", and the only way I even knew about it was when I got my credit card bill!
This was an awful experience from beginning to end.
First of all we again thank you for choosing Colony Limousine for your special occasion. We are very sorry that you did not feel as though we provided the service that we promised, but I can assure you that we delivered what was promised. Your main complaint was regarding our "Complimentary Wedding Package." Like I explanied to you before, we provided everything except for the red carpet and Just Married Sign- this was because of the weather. We do not include those two items on rainy days because 1. Sign is magnetic 2. The red carpet would get ruined. As far as the "wait time" is concerned, we did in fact advise you that additional charges would be applied if the driver, driving the town car, had to wait 15 min or more to depart because this trip was just a one way drop off. Again, I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with our service or the service of Texas Safari Ranch, but I do hope you allow us to change your mind in the future.
