Monitor Medical corporate employees are incompetent when it comes to customer service and refilling supplies. Their Plano, Texas office sold me a CPAP unit two years ago. They promised to refill supplies automatically. I had to call them each month to ask where my supplies are. They are consistently slow on refills and have to be prodded about the status. I have contacted their corporate office twice. They refused to pay for expedited shipping on late refills. This month, they let their warehouse run out of supplies. I am changing suppliers. In my experience, Monitor Medical is a company that cannot be trusted.
