About a week ago I was referred by a mechanic friend to bring my old but still running minivan to Charlie's and have them checkout a recent transmission problem he detected. Lo and behold, good repair cost, fixed in record time to run like new. Besides a terrific technician, John, they have one of the most helpful, friendly, efficient and charming receptionist - Megan.
