The bbq.is beyond compare. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and lean and the sauce had a nice tang, perfect. The potato salad was incredible , baked beans were stick to the fork thick and sweet and tangy. The home made corn bread was the absolute best ever! A small friendly.family run place with outstanding food!
Very good barbecue and brisket. Love the snouts. Staff is friendly and courteous and the establishment is clean.
Since Red's BBQ returned on Goodfellow and Natural Bridge, I've been there thrice, the first time when he first opened very excellent, second visit the sauce had changed...so I really was in favor of Red's so I did a third time...sorry to say I cannot return....something about that sauce, it's more spicy than sweet....and taste like the meat was overcooked, harder to chew.
I visit twice a week. Grilled wings the best. It is a family atmosphere working together and neighborhood table for other businesses cards for their customers.
This resturant sucks this is not authentic Jamaican food the wings was regular breaded fried wings with BBQ and jelly sauce thrown on top the rice and peas was old and dried out like all the food that was under the heat lamp and the server the neat had been bbq days before then warmed up on the grill before serving just horrible blood clot give Jamaican cuisine a bad name...
Great QueAfter seeing Smoki O's on tv with Andrew Zimmern, I decided to try them. I bought the Sampler and it was a great deal. The snouts are done right and I love the brisket. Oh, I have to mention that the staff is friendly and welcoming.
This was our first time and we was so satisfied with the food as well as the customer service. The dinning room and bathroom was so clean and pleasant we are forever customers, our rib tibs and snoots and sauce was Delicious and so was the sides and fish. We will be back tomorrow.
That giant burger and those beef ribs are the most! (Delivery available.)Really a part of our family and neighborhood...luv ya Byron!
Hole in the wall with the best catfish nuggets and rib tips for the price that you can find in St. Louis. I'd love it if they remodeled but I never eat there anyway. The food is worth the drive. Staff is mostly friendly but are about their business and this seems to be a family business. Rarely am I disappointed with my experience and I am a regular patron.
if you are use to food like Pappys Smokehouse, Dallies Smokehouse with freindly customer service like Texas Road house you are in for a dissapointment. You are better off with McDondalds Mcrib and I have never had it. This was such a dissapointment and waist of money I could have been happier with Pappa Johns. I tried to support.
