I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to the staff at this AT&T store located at 10772 W. Florissant Ave., St.Louis MO. The attendant that helped me, Ryan, was so nice and professional. I bought a new Blackberry Keyone the day before and managed to lock it up to the point the AT&T staff that you call in to help you could not help. Ryan had the phone for about 3 min. and managed to get it unlocked and even sync'd it to my vehicle. Ryan is the reason I will stick with AT&T and more than likely go back there for sales and service in the future. Thank you Ryan!!!! :)
I was at this T-Mobile on Saturday 2/10/18 and the manager who claim his name was Craig was very rude, unprofessional, he gave very poor customer service I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this store! He told me is wasn’t his job to provide me with certain information about my account. My brother & I had to call in and file a complaint about the manager and the poor service he provided! The service, the experience, was an absolute ZERO!! We let the store unhappy, and still with no answers about our account!
The best place to go to get help with your cellphone are just to buy accessories and service the associated are very friendly.
I am very happy with the service that I received from an employee (was on loan from their Brentwood location). He was able to move all of my photos, contact info and set up auto pay. I basically walked out of the store with a new phone that was ready to use. Didn't have to do a thing other than just enjoy the product/service they offered to me.
We love the new wash stations that were open in November 2016. We can clean our dog without making a mess in our house. The staff is always kind and our dog always leaves with a smile on his face.
Been trying to call for 2 days. Can not even leave message because mail box is full. I've been in the store and the associates there are pleasant and really want to help. I believe the problem is with upper management not giving the ground troops what they need to get the job done. Not sure if this will get posted. High profile location with NO reviews is curious to say the least
I left my iPad with a cracked screen with Cellairis for repair after being told that it would be "as good as new" after repair. Picked it up and took it home to find damage that was t there originally, pink and black spots on the screen picture, certain areas of the screen that wouldn't respond to touch, a sunk in home button, and a large smudge on the inside of the screen that I couldn't clean. When I talked to the same guy who committed to fixing it to "as good as new condition", I was told that they do the best they can but there are sometimes issues when replacing a screen. They would not issue a refund but offered to try to fix it again. Because they couldn't guarantee that they wouldn't do further damage, I declined. After dropping 110 on repair, I still ended up purchasing a new iPad. Wouldn't recommend using them for any repair service.
This business is full of con artist. I purchased an Iphone6 128gb that was supposed to be unlocked. Not only was it not unlocked as advertised, I had to wait at least a wk or two to even obtain my phone and service. They tried to overcharge me and make excuses to why a phone I purchased wasn't available. To top it off the I had an Xbox 360 250gb w/12 games that was supposed to be sold for 160$ total and I found out they were selling the system and games separately and for way more money. Never again.
I took my phone to 8003 West Florissant for pop ups of no connectiom. Repair Tech name Art Coleman lied and stated that my phone was water damage. After he told me that he cracked my screen without telling me then I asked for his corporate number as well as his manager number to further this complaint. I knew he was lieing. In the process I called the store on 2090 N. Highway spoke with the manager Stephen and explained my issue and was so wonderful and understanding, told me to bring it in and he will see if its been water damage and see what they can do to resolve the matter and have his technician look at it.. I did the tech came back and stated that wasn't nothing wrong with my phone only that it needed updated unaware of why the tech would say that. That the reason why folks don't like supporting business in there own area to make a dollar. Very poor service just think how many people that they have done this way to make a sale. I WILL NEVER GO THER AN WILL SPREAD THE WORD.
Fresh clean open store. Friendly staff. Feels kind of like an Apple store. I've had challenging issues with bundling all my services....and they work patiently and with smile through it. Don't call in when you have a service issue...go in to this store and they'll help.
