Really nice people work here. I have never had a problem and they seem really genuine and helpful. I highly recommend this service.
I have had 2 stores through them since 2011. Very frequent outages, both stores and email server. Outages at all times of the day, usually during the most hectic times. To design your store to look decent, you either have to pay $1,000 for a template, or do the code yourself which would take forever. They have an antiquated system, it's slow and not integrated with bitcoin like bitpay. I am very unhappy with them, and will be transferring to a different company. I gave them 5 years to fix their issues, which is 5 years too long. BYE!!
Very professional and knowledgeable. Very satisfied by the speed of the repair. Used the speedy check-in and was able to just walk in and hand my computer over. Got a call with a quote well within the 24 hour promised time and repair was done the same day. Highly recommended.
Terrible. The software is so out dated its not even funny. I had no clue that my aides were out of compliance and it coasted me thousands.
Waste of Money :(This system is out dated. I finally got rid of Kinnser and switched to another company. I could never pull up patient data that I needed with this software.
HORRIBLE COMPANY! They have the worst customer service and so many hidden fees! You have to know code to fix anything on your website! My husband is a web designer and he had a hard time with it! This is not a do it yourself program. I'm still in the middle of the long drawn out canceling process I went straight to Shopify! I will end up spending $300 for 2 months of headaches! RUN FAR AWAY FROM VOLUSION!!
Place is awesome! Great staff, awesome drinks, fun atmosphere!
Do not go to the YMCA in Austin. There are too many better options Austin has to work out in a hassle free environment. Staff at town lake and north locations would tell me I couldn't use the equipment or I needed to purchase special certification to participate in group exercise. Never go there alone. People exaggerate and make things up about you. Its like their picking a fight. Always keep your bags within sight. Someone stole a resistance band out of my bag before a class started at townlake. In the winter someone stole my pants at east. The website and app are not always correct. Sometimes the instructors don't show up. Staff followed me to Walmart and around Austin on several occasions. Granted there are some good people there but there's no guarantee you can walk into a harassment free environment and just workout.
poor outsourcing. They are just a year old and they boast to be so many years old company.Poor work culture.
