Smiles Restored

Highly recommend! Dr. Hanson restored my smile with full upper implants. I found the entire staff to be friendly and professional. Appointments were kept on time, additional work was done at no extra cost, the entire process was much more comfortable than I anticipated. I find myself pleasantly surprised, that these Doctors provide a top quality service, at such an affordable cost. I had absolutely no problem with paying for the service in advance.

UPDATE - to my previous review. by Jaden T. After making numerous attempts for my already paid follow-ups I was treated rudely and denied with excuse after excuse. I needed them twice when it was just before an important interview. So all the money I paid upfront now is gone in to their pockets and I cannot get an appointment and am forced to pay another dentist. DON'T PAY UPFRONT.......... Sadly disapointing..

I've attached 2 self pictures from my smartphone - 1 day after surgery and 2nd day after surgery. Face was swollen and lips were chapped and I was on pain medication but you get an idea and will note these are real pics I can't say enough about Dr Hanson and the entire staff - they are wonderful/ The prices are almost half of any competitor and are listed on the website - plus no hidden charges. The work - well you would think I went to an expensive Hollywood dentist to the stars. I needed extensive work done - which I held off due to cost and a huge fear of dentists after being treated by butcher my insurance covered. Needless to say I ended up in the emergency room and the dentist lost her license and it took me a decade to be brave enough to try another. I also have a huge fear of needles so dozen or so numbing shots were almost tolerable as Dr Hanson kept me smiling by distracting me and allowing a break when I needed it. He also was available immediately during non office hours (on the weekend) on three occasions to call me back and address a concern and prescription refill. They are all friendly and make you feel at ease. My smile is now described by everyone as BEAUTIFUL - it is my new outstanding feature (even as I am still swollen lol). I found him while visiting St George and broke one tooth and lost another (all in a month) and even though I am moving to LA I will be driving back for every dental visit because Smiles Restored is that AWESOME. I can't say enough good things - do yourself a favor and see them.

Doctor Hansen and the back staff are fantastic from what I have personally encountered. My son is the patient and is totally impressed. I am the father and am helping him financially. Seems like Dr. Hansen and the back staff have excellent bed side and patient manners and are very easy too understand and talk to. They actually listen to your needs and want to help you to understand the procedures.



On the other hand the so called office manager is a different story. I have never been treated so rudely in my life by a dental office manager. If you wonder who I am, I am a Continuing Ed Professional blessed by the AGD. (Academy of General Dentistry) I have personally met and talked with hundreds of office managers and thousands of back office staff and have never have been talked to as rudely as this office manager did. She would not let me get a word in.

Doctors she needs some kind of training on how to engage the public. Maybe she was having a bad day. (10:00am) I don't know.

Dr. Hanson and Dr. Staples are wonderful dentists and have fantastic bedside manner. I came in expecting a long painful process and was in a very bad way, they took care of everything so fast and so well, I couldn't believe it! They are very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I have never been treated so well by a dentist. Not to mention their prices are amazing! They are obviously in this profession to truly help! In a time when even dental insurance doesn't make a dent in the price of dental work, these gentleman offer prices that the average person can handle. They are very caring and personable, and so is their staff. I feel welcome every time I have walked in the door. I cannot say enough about these doctors! Thanks Dr. Hanson and Dr. Staples for EVERYTHING!!!

Docs Hanson and Staples nice guys down to earth and easy to go to. Doc Hanson worked on my teeth and corrected issues i expected to live with. He's confident and sure, I've been to a lot of good dentists, i'm 62 but this doc is the best ever. I'm at this time totally unaware of my teeth. HE'S AWESOME
