My husband and I ordered two hash browns, two oatmeals, and two sweet teas on 9/17/2016 approximately 8:35 am. We ordered to go and did not get our food until 9:05 which made us late to our class. The employees had no fries or hash browns down and it looked like the manager was trying to do everything and the employees were standing around not really knowing what they were doing. After getting our oatmeal. There was not enough water on the cup which made the oatmeal sticky, dry, and not edible. I think we've learned our lesson and will go to Jack's everytime now which is across the road. Now we are late for class, have no actual breakfast and had to waste time that was supposed to be for us sitting in class early.This is the McDonald's close to our home and it is disappointing that this has not only happened this one time. Sadly it has happened more than it should. Corporate should really address the issues before this McDonald's goes under.
This place has the most fantastic bunch. Excellent care and concern for customers - as well as clean, quick and efficient.
Not even worth 1 star but employees in front are rude and some of these employees just stand and talk instead of making an order. The place looks dirty no matter what time i go there its nasty ! One day i decide to dine in and while eating i see a roach crawling around not a place i want to eat anymore. Place should get shut down!
This is the worst managed Taco Bell in the chain. It takes 35-45 minutes to get your order through the drive through, It takes 25-30 minutes to get an order inside. There are nor enough employees on duty, and the ones that are there act like they have no clue as to how to expedite the traffic. This is management incompetence. This Taco Bell has lost this customer and probably many others to come.
