A-Reliable Pool Service

More like un-reliable pool service. I called a week in advance for an appointment. Find out the night before the one guy will be out of town til Tuesday. The appt was for a Friday @ 10 am.

Have been working with Michael since moving 7 years ago keeping our aging pool equipment going. This year, after painstakingly researching all options, we decided on almost a completely new system (variable speed pump, heater, new controller, valves etc.). I'm a perfectionist, and luckily so is Michael. When unexpected issues came up, he was a pro at explaining and solving them. Couldn't be happier in feeling the best decisions were made (he is very responsive and thorough) and knowing everything was done right. Will continue to use him for all our pool needs!

A-Reliable performed a swimming pool inspection prior to purchasing a home. He was very detailed and documented each area of concern and provided a well written report/breakdown of the repairs needed as well as estimated cost. Once we purchased the home A Reliable performed all of the repairs required. The pool works to perfection and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely use them for all future repairs and service, not too mention recommend them to friends, coworkers and family.

I usually don't review businesses, but A-Reliable Pool Service is seriously the best. When my pool looked more like a swamp, they did an AMAZING job at getting it up and running again, even though it was FREEZING outside (2/15) And after all the rain we have been having I contacted them this morning via e-mail because my pool was turning green, and by the afternoon they were in my back yard taking care of my pool. Incredibly reliable, and very reasonably priced. I recommend these guys 100%!!!!

My pool was green and I could not get it to clear. Michael replaced my pool filter and polaris and now the pool looks amazing and is much easier to keep it that way. I strongly recommended A-reliable pool service to all my friends.

Michael, the owner, came out to our house and was able to diagnose and repair a problem we've had with our pool that no one else has been able to fix. He was professional, curteous, and extremely knowledgeable. We went ahead and signed up for his ongoing service and have been happy ever since. I highly recommend A-Reliable to anyone with a pool or hot tub.
