        The Veterinarian and staff are caring and knowledgeable. I signed up for a maintenance program for my puppy; it includes neutering for a reasonable fee per month deducted from my debit card.

        90% of the time they are late in having your pet ready. They want you there to pick up your pet on or before 6pm. However they are late and you wait for 30-50 minutes. Some of the assistants are good with pets and some are not. Once your pet has been hurt by the assistant then it is difficult for you to get your pet to cooperate with the assistant. They will want to sedate your pet because they hurt your pet to begin with and charge you for the sedation.
